Same crew runs Crabcakes & Caviar catering. South Texas, locally sourced — nilgai, quail, frog legs, ribeye, chicken, shrimp, drum. Plus quesadillas, nachos, salads, wings, and baskets. Eat dockside, watch the boats come in, and order what the chef who took home Texas Chef of the Year is putting on the plate.
