Jeremiah's Boat Dock Grill is the dockside grill at Woody's Last Stand, run by Chef Matt Axtell (2025 Texas State Chef of the Year, 2022 Coastal Bend Chef of the Year) and Angie Axtell. Same crew runs Crabcakes & Caviar catering. South Texas, locally sourced — nilgai, quail, frog legs, ribeye, chicken, shrimp, drum. Plus quesadillas, nachos, salads, wings, and baskets. Eat dockside, watch the boats come in, and order what the chef who took home Texas Chef of the Year is putting on the plate.
