Active TX food-service license + health permits. Standard stuff — we don't deliver from someone's backyard.
Reachable + reliable
A real phone we can text during service hours. Order tickets land via your existing POS, email, or printed.
Menu we can route
Web menu URL works. Photo of a printed menu works. We'll digitize if needed — that part is on us.
