The Jetty Boat is the only way to access the North Jetty and the deserted beaches of San Jose Island from Port Aransas. Running daily from Fisherman's Wharf, the boat ferries anglers, beachcombers, birders, and families to a private dock at the base of the jetty. San Jose Island is completely undeveloped — pack everything you need including water, food, and a trash bag. Pet-friendly. No reservations needed, just show up and buy a ticket at the marina building.
