The Crazy Cajun is a Port A legend, serving the island for over 37 years. They dump your boiled shrimp, crab, and crawfish straight onto the butcher-paper-covered table, seasoned with their own special Cajun spices. Order the signature Hungry Cajun — a combination of fresh shrimp, crab, smoked sausage, corn on the cob, and new potatoes. Crawfish when in season. It's messy, loud, and absolutely perfect. A must-do for first-timers and a weekly ritual for regulars.
