Linda and Maurice Halioua brought the flavors of Venice, Italy to Port Aransas in 1995 and haven't looked back. The Venetian Hot Plate serves fresh, gourmet Italian fare with a hand-selected wine list like no other on the island. From crostini di granchio topped with jumbo lump crab to beef tenderloin medallions in Gorgonzola sauce, every dish is crafted with care. Reservations are highly recommended — this intimate spot fills up fast.
