Tucked behind the historic Tarpon Inn (est. 1886), Roosevelt's serves fine dining in an intimate courtyard setting. The curated menu features hand-cut steaks with rich Bordelaise sauce, coconut-crusted jumbo shrimp, firecracker tenderloin, and citrus-grilled Mahi Mahi with lobster cream. The adjacent 1886 Bar offers craft cocktails in a cozy lounge. Wine Down Wednesdays feature half-price select bottles. Named after President FDR, who fished off Port Aransas in 1937.
